As a novice trader I have restricted my risk to 1% of my pot and have not taken into accont the accumulative risk of synchronised pairs. Thanks for the informative and sound advice. I will definitely adhere to it in future.

Generally, this is a good rule. I guess the 3% risk rule can be changed depending on how sure you are about what the market will do. This comes with experience. Thanks for the information.

This is actually a good trading rule. I learned this the hard way. Even a higher percentage is good as long as you stick with it and be consistant. If not, then you could blow your account easily.

Good info in your post. I’m usually not risking more than 1% on a particular trade and I really try to stick with this rule as I burnt my trading account once…
