Yes – yes – yes … I agree 100% … I turned to trade profitable since I realised, that I am only a true human being, if I share that what I get with other people … people whom I do not know, who are not related to me … I realised, that a human being is only in that natural flow of life, if he is valuable for the rest of all we have here at our globe … so every month I donate 10% of my gross income to different organisations who cares about people/nature. I made a commitment about that … and like magic, since that moment I got the right informations, skills, everything which I need do be valuable for all of us …
I can only help others when I am strong and wealthy, so it is not egoistic to trade successfull … thats the (my) key …

Can you say some more about the idea of keeping an emotional log please? Any guidelines for what the entries should say? Are you referring to your emotions, or the market's emotions, such as "risk adoption" and "risk aversion".
