No, it is not programmed that way. It simply read orders, executes and manages them.

Yes, you can chose between Fixed lot and percentage based risk per trade.

Our EAs require that your broker supports partial close of a large position. All trades are open with 3x lots and 1x is closed at every Profit Target. Some brokers have restrictions and they do not allow such partial close. Please check with your broker or simply test by opening a position and try to close part of it.
