When I get the email update, I see lots of “|”.
Would it be possible to change one thing to make in easier to read. Like maybe perhaps.

is at 5pm est / 0000 GMT hr right? on that basis the EUR/JPY is trading at around 126.31 at this time

Where did u get 125.50??
