I tried to connect to quakenet but no message appeared while being connected. So Do I need to get a Mirc account ( to pay the 20$ is not really a problem of course) to login on quakenet ? . thanks

Hi Michael,

An alternative is to visit http://webchat.quakenet.org/ and enter you nickname and “FirePips” as channel. This way you won’t need to download any software.

You can also receive signals on Twitter and Facebook.

Nice looking blog, but your signals is useless, as you only provide them via irc.

Providing signals that way makes your blog totally unnecessary.

I refuse to install yet an other messenger, so I have to move on and find other ways to get signals
